Submit Warranty Claim
- A copy of your receipt from the purchase
- A photo of the defect
- A description of the defect
- Your shipping address and contact information including phone number and email address
You will receive acknowledgement of your claim from one of our customer service representatives within 24 hours of submitting your claim, Monday through Friday. If your claim is submitted on the weekend, your claim will be acknowledged the following Monday. We will notify you that your warranty claim is in process or if further information is needed. We sincerely apologize that you have had a problem with your DreamFit product, and look forward to helping resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
